Join us for the City of Concord’s tenth Annual Health Expo 

This free community event is open to the public and provides valuable resources for seniors, families, and caregivers.

The Expo will feature free barber haircuts, Medicare information, transportation resources, assisted living options, and more. Attendees will also have the chance to connect with healthcare providers, nonprofits, and community organizations offering guidance on nutrition, mental health, and chronic condition management.
