Andy Boggeri of AB Construction will share practical advice to keep your home secure and up-to-date in 2026. Learn about the newest regulations for water heater strapping, best practices for vent and gutter maintenance, and when to consider adding safety features such as hand grips, ramps, and other accessibility aids.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and enjoy light refreshments.
